   fair using your benefit vendors and their representatives. In addition to an annual open
   enrollment, this gives you an opportunity to spotlight your benefit program during the year.
   We will also coordinate an onsite flu shot clinic for your employees and their dependents.

• Benefit Seminars – Arrange for an educational seminar to assist your benefits
   department in the issues that impact their plan and their employees.

• Renewal Review – At renewal we will review your plan performance, recommend
   appropriate adjustments and work with current and potential carriers to both minimize
   costs and enhance the package of benefits being offered.
